Jared m. Benton, President
Jared M. Benton is a driven Central Florida native, with high business acumen and a strong background in the financial industry. He brings significant experience working in the airport concessions arena. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Economics from Morehouse College. After graduating, he worked as an Assistant Branch Manager at Fairwinds Credit Union for two years; however, he decided to follow his passion of airport concession food service and retail. Jared is also scheduled to complete his MBA in December 2014 from Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business.

Michael L. Moore, Esquire, is founder of Michael L. Moore, P.A., a full service law firm located in Orlando, Florida. The firm focuses primarily on business and commercial related transactions and litigation, and is dedicated to providing high quality representation to all of its clients.
In 2000, Mr. Moore formed the law firm of Baron and Moore, P.A., with his mentor and good friend Attorney Arthur Baron after leaving the national law firm of Foley and Lardner, P.A. While at Foley and Lardner, Mr. Moore acted as General Counsel to one of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority’s Business Programs. Representing the Aviation Authority, he helped to create an innovative financing initiative that greatly benefited the minority and women owned businesses that participated in the program. This new initiative received national recognition and acclaim. He was also part of Foley and Lardner’s Civil Trial team, which handled complex business and commercial litigation.
Mr. Moore was appointed as Chairman of the Florida Bar Association Grievance Committee “D”, in the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange and Osceola County Florida for 2008 - 2009.
Mr. Moore’s professional legal career began as a prosecutor in the Office of the State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida, After leaving the State Attorney’s Office he worked at Tangel-Rodriguez and Associates as a Civil Prosecutor on various child support enforcement cases.
While pursuing his education, Mr. Moore participated in several law-related activities that gave him the opportunity to hone his professional legal skills. He attended the University of Tennessee College Of Law in Knoxville, Tennessee on a full academic scholarship. In law school, Mr. Moore was elected President of the Student Bar Association. He was also a member of the Frederick Douglass Moot Court Team, where he and his trial partner consistently placed. Mr. Moore was also President of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity at the UT College of Law. While still a law student, he worked briefly at the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office.
Graduating from Jones High School in 1980, Mr. Moore subsequently studied and received his undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science in Communications, in 1984, from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. While at Florida State, Mr. Moore served as Co-Captain of the FSU debate team. He was also a member of the forensic activity team (also known as the speech team) where he won numerous awards across the United States in persuasive speaking.
Amongst his many notable professional and community affiliations, Mr. Moore is a longstanding member of the Valencia Community College Paralegal Studies Advisory Committee. Mr. Moore resides in central Florida with his wife, an attorney and former State Prosecutor, and their two children.
